When natural disasters strike, every second counts, and lives often depend on the ability to act fast, act smart, and act together. That’s why Alpha Aid partnered with local responders and international instructors to lead a multi-day Water Rescue Training Program in the Philippines, one of the world’s most disaster-prone countries.
